If it is a service dog – regardless of the breed – you know it has to be exceptional! Stupid Santa!

It’s a service dog, period. Also, I can’t imagine any dog named Pup-Cake that would agree to going out in public dressed as a reindeer would be anything but well-behaved. And the mom agreed to a compromise; Santa could have at least smiled and waved at the dog, and later the ADA folks could have explained things to the management, but a little girl would have gotten to talk to Santa this year, not next. If necessary, the manager could have clenched his teeth and muttered, “Santa, WAVE at the DOG.” It’s a shame for Santa to cause a scene, especially when it involves rejecting any child. My two cents.
